Tammy has character and candor and knowledge and finesse. She often diffused our anxiety and was very skillful with negotiations. She was fair and honest, candid and thoughtful.

Some of her skill is learned and some is inherent nature. She always wears a smile, diffuses difficult situations, portrays herself as even-keeled and professional, and was 100% in our corner through the process.

We feel lucky to have met her in our 30s, and grateful for taking us on as clients in our 50s.

What an amazing experience I have had with Frances Capriglione! She represented me in selling my house and purchasing a new one. She is a rockstar! I was scared and overwhelmed with everything.
