We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the wonderful service we have received from Diane Beal. Her knowledge of the area, various builders and market were exceptional. Her ability to show us the area and choices of builders made it an easy decision. Her experience shines through when she is helping you make your decisions from exterior to interior. Diane was always available and made you feel like her top priority. It was a true pleasure to work with Diane and we are lucky to now be able to call her friend!

When I started working with Diane we were moving here from Baton Rouge, LA. She was considerate of our time constraints and very professional. She was very kind, personable and genuine, making you comfortable from the start. Diane has the dedication to get the job done without missing a detail, taking care of any issues you may have and showing that she really cares about the outcome. I regularly recommend her to friends, as I?m confident she would make a great impression and be just as successful with them, as she was with us. She is an absolute pleasure to work with!

Diane was always encouraging and forthright in the selling of our home. She told us what to expect, what she thought about offers and how to proceed. She got the job done for us and we were very, very excited, and pleased with the results. Our faith and expectations in her ability to sell our home was always on a positive note. We were in Guam and relied solely on John through the entire process. He found us our home, went to every inspection for us, took care of every issue quickly, dealt with the builder so we did not have to, took videos of the neighborhood for us and pictures along the way.
We feel very fortunate to have had John as our agent. He was extremely helpful every step of the way. He did absolutely everything and more for us and we couldn't be more pleased. John went above and beyond and for that we are thankful.

We were impressed with the prepared booklet of visitatioon sites...most helpful! John followed up after the home inspection. He constantly sent us updated information.

John helped us in so many ways, we couldn't begin to list them all! He tracked the building process and e-mailed us pictures. Since we had to return to NY after the closing, John arranged for the wood flooring to be installed and handled all of the details which was a big help.

Deelyn was wonderful; she is very sweet and walked us through our first home buying experience. She returned calls and stayed on top of everything. She made herself available constantly. The office staff we had contact with were pleasant and professional.

Meg Clark is probably the most patient and motivated real estate agents out there. If it wasn't for her I would've give up. She made the experience low-stress and fun and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Deelyn did a WONDERFUL job! She gave us direction in how to handle the negotiation and inspection process.

My experience with John Womeldorf has been exceptional. Certainly he is extremely warm and personable. But, probably more important, he has been extremely responsive and well informed. He has been quick to provide answers (from developers and others) and documentation (such as the many pages of Rules and Regulations in New Town), as we considered several properties. His computer expertise has eased the receipt and dissemination of information, including the scanning of executed documents that I can send along to my attorney. John's presentation of past sales, viewed on the screen in your conference room and then printed out, allowed me to make a well informed offer on a property in New Town.

John has a unique ability to look at property through the eyes of his client. His support was especially good for someone considering a purchase from far away. Virtual tours of properties and many digital photographs of interiors, exteriors, and neighborhoods arrived on my laptop and allowed me to have a much better sense of each property in advance of my visit.

Overall, John made me feel as though I was his only client and that he had all the time in the world to find me a property that I would love. We both know better than that. I am sure that he is serving a multitude of clients for your firm with the same incredible efforts.
