Debi is a top-notch negotiator who fought for us through the entire sale, saving us over $10,000!! When problems arose that seemed to destroy the contract, she worked non-stop until the contract was signed. Debi is a dream come true! Andrea was awesome!!!! We lived over 500 miles away and we needed a home in Williamsburg ASAP. We had to put a lot of faith and trust in her. She was in contact with us on a daily basis trying to find out what our likes and dislikes were. We had only 2 days to actually meet with her and look at all the homes that she thought would make a good fit for us. She devoted those 2 days to us from daylight to dark.
