Steve was so very helpful as we were out of town as our home was being built , He was very informative and knowledgeable about all the aspects of home buying ! My wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house !

Our home purchace experience went very smoothly thanks to Frances. She was with us every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable and was always looking out for us. Very trustworthy. Her service, professionalism and efforts were outstanding. She has even checked on us several times after closing. I put her in my friend category now too!

Frances is a fantastic realtor, and we cannot recommend her enough. Our house sale was extremely complex, as we were moving to another country many time zones away. She helped guide us through the entire process, making sure we got everything important done before we left. When we were out of the country, she handled every detail with the house: meeting contractors, handling questions and issues, and navigating payments. The sale went through without any delay, and we felt comfortable leaving the house in her hands while we were gone. Frances was incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and understanding during the process, and if we end up back in Richmond, we’d be happy to use her again!

Tabitha has been truly amazing. Me and my husband had a lot of anxiety with buying our first home. Tabitha had reached out to every available realtor in the areas that we were interested in and got us a deal with a builder that I never knew existed. She was there with us through every process, the inspection, the walkthrough, she even helped us blue tape the home and point out issues that she saw that needed to be fixed. She went out to check the process of everything when we weren’t available and then called and updated us. I cannot explain how blessed we are to have had a realtor like Tabitha. I will be recommending her to all of my family and friends from now on. She truly is amazing if there was an option to give her 20 stars I would.

She did creative bargaining and kept me on track. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She did all the work! Blair was always professional, knowledgeable, personsonable, positive, and just amazing! She’ll be my agent for life! She did it all!
