John gave us exceptional customer service. Always willing to go the extra mile in answering our questions or in assisting us with any number of other real estate issues. He never said he couldn't do something and he was always available, or made himself available, whenever we felt inclined to visit the property. Additionally he gave us great advice regarding the house inspection that I'm sure saved us thousands of dollars! Great service, I can see why you are 'Mr. Williamsburg' - you are OUTSTANDING - a 10!

John has set the gold standard for service and support through a long and protracted process. We purchased a home in foreclosure which had a very challenging process to complete and John went far above and beyond to both speed up the process and to take rseponsiblity for many aspects of the process that would have been too challenging for us, without professional representation. John was outstanding in every aspect of this process as he has been all three times we have used his services for buying and selling homes. He could teach a course on how to achieve a pinnacle in customer service and relationship building! He represents Liz Moore and himself as examples of excellence! He is outstanding - a 10!

Andrea is professional, knowledgable and very good at what she does. She has the ability to read people. I will be the first to admit I am difficult to please. Andrea performed brilliantly and I would recommend her to my friends and that says a lot. Thigs could not have turned out any better. Andrea was everything we could have asked for. We were very skeptical about agents, but Andrea was everything every agent should strive to be. She was able to understand and meet, if not exceed our needs!

Debi is a top-notch negotiator who fought for us through the entire sale, saving us over $10,000!!
