I would like to offer a testament for Denise for her assistance in selling my mother's condo. The condo was purchased at the height of the market and her passing was so quick she wasn't in the condo long enough to pay down a significant portion of the mortgage. We had no other option other than to agree to a short sale. Her knowledge and perseverance assisted us in so many ways but her true dedication is what made our sale possible. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone that may be in need of completing a short sale for their residence.

Heather Moorefield was the best possible agent I could have chosen. When she first visited my home, I was immediately impressed by her professional demeanor and knowledge of the real estate business. She answered the phone immediately almost every time that I called (and it was a lot). When she couldn’t answer, I always received a quick call back. She kept me in the loop and updated me on every event as it occurred. Heather offered me much sound advice that really aided me in selling my home. She paid close attention to every detail and let nothing slip by. When I was having problems getting a local company to complete a home repair item required for closing, she personally visited the business and spoke with the owner. The next day the repair was made. Heather went well beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions and she was invaluable to me as a “friend” and a realtor.

We enjoyed having Denise as our realtor and working with her over a six month time frame. She was very patient and thorough and determined to help us find the right home. We could not be happier with the end result and love living in our new home.
