I would like to offer a testament for Denise for her assistance in selling my mother's condo. The condo was purchased at the height of the market and her passing was so quick she wasn't in the condo long enough to pay down a significant portion of the mortgage. We had no other option other than to agree to a short sale. Her knowledge and perseverance assisted us in so many ways but her true dedication is what made our sale possible. Heather Moorefield was the best possible agent I could have chosen. When she first visited my home, I was immediately impressed by her professional demeanor and knowledge of the real estate business. When I was having problems getting a local company to complete a home repair item required for closing, she personally visited the business and spoke with the owner. The next day the repair was made. Heather went well beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions and she was invaluable to me as a “friend” and a realtor.
