We would highly recommend John to anyone interested in buying a house in the Williamsburg or surrounding areas. Not only is John extremely knowledgeable in his business but he goes above and beyond the responsibilities of a realtor. He gave us answers before we even asked the questions and was always on spot when we needed him which made the whole home buying experience an extremely smooth one.

Denise was always proactive in her search for a home that suited our special criteria. She was always available to discuss a broad range of issues with us; she spent an incredible amount of face time with us instead of corresponding via email or phone; she always offered valuable, professional advice; and above all, Denise was genuinely kind with our family and treated us all with respect. I have never been so pleased with a real estate agent as I am now with Denise.

We lived in NY when we decided to buy a house that was just in the beginning stages of being built and we were only able to visit the site occasionally. I would like to compliment Bob (Sully) Sullivan for the excellent services provided to my wife & myself during the recent sale of our home in Virginia. An unexpected job opportunity required my quick departure from our home in Newport News. Responding to a referral from a colleague who recently had his home marketed & sold by Sully, I contacted Sully, who immediately visited my home & agreed to act as my REALTOR® Agent. After he completed a market analysis, we agreed on the sales price & strategy to sell the home. During the next few months, Sully was extremely considerate of my wife’s schedules with regards to showing the home.
The end result was the he sold the home in a relatively short period, approx 3 months, for the amount agreed to by us.

For example, other REALTORS® told me it would be very difficult for me to get a fair price per sqft for my home because it was a great deal larger than other homes in the neighborhood. In contrast, Teresa offered a hands-on & innovative solution to that problem & to other issues. She used her creative approach to produce a professional home fact book & price value comparison sheet, which overcame the perceived price ceiling resulting in a quick sale at my FULL asking price.
Teresa’s network of contacts also made purchasing my new home a happy success story. Her tenacious research & insider information paid off, allowing me to purchase my home in the specific neighborhood I was looking below market price.
This is the 6th home I’ve bought & sold, and Teresa is the best real estate professional I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She really made a difference by explaining exactly what she would do for me & outlining exactly what had to be done during the entire process. After we agreed, she took charge & worked with her staff to ensure everything was completed. After having our house on the market for approx 8 months we asked that the original agent be relieved. Sully took over & after only a week, we had a contract in hand. After he took over, all situations were handled promptly & efficiently. He was very good about keeping in touch with us as the process of selling our house was taking place, which we greatly appreciated. Would we use Sully again? Absolutely … job well done!
