Mrs. Shirley was very great to work with. She was on top of everything in order for me to close on my house in a timely manner. She was very helpful and guided me in my decisions. Randi and I were previously colleagues in the hospitality business and I knew from the way she worked that she would do a fantastic job in helping me find the perfect place. I was no easy client; I had little money and high expectations. It was the first home I was purchasing on my own and was more than a little scared and unsure of how things were supposed to go. While she was acting as the agent for the buyer, she made it very easy on me, the seller, as “for sale by owner”. She worked around my schedule and handled all the details so I wouldn’t have to. With my busy life this level of service was irreplaceable. She seems to know exactly how to match the right person with the right house and brought a qualified buyer. Her knowledge of the markets and sales process really showed in her attention to details. She walked me through every step of the process and always kept in communication with what the next step was and what to expect. As the buyer’s agent, she didn’t have to go out of her way but she did. Not only is she my realtor for life but has become a trusted friend. Thank you Randi for all of your hard work!

Cheri Nice guided us through every step of selling a house and lots belonging to our parents' estate. She knows the market, follows up on every detail, and always keeps a positive attitude. We were fortunate to benefit from her expertise and to sell the properties in a timely fashion even during a down market.

John helped us buy our first house. We had just moved to the area from the other side of the country and really relied on John's knowledge of the market and the area. All of his advise was dead on. He told us in advance that many of the houses we had chosen to look at (based on online ads) were probably not what we were looking for, but he took us to all the houses anyway and in every case he was right on. We ended up choosing a for sale by owner and John made the closing process so smooth. John made recommendations for mortgage companies, insurance and home warranties. We researched all the options and in every case ended up going with who he recommended because they were the best option. He even helped the sellers find contractors for repairs. They said that they felt he earned his commission and told us they were glad we chose him. Overall, John is very well informed, always gives his honest opinion and has his clients' best interests in mind.

Diane held broker open houses and buyer open houses. She produced top quality brochures, mailings, fliers and a virtual tour. She was highly responsive to questions and clearly dedicated to getting the job done. Her demonstrated ability to deal with complex real estate issues and think outside the box saved us $25,000. Consider yourself very fortunate if Diane acts as your agent! P.S. We also very much appreciated Liz Moore's advice and counsel on some difficult issues! What first made us look into the Liz Moore agency was Liz's columns in her newspaper ads.
