John and I want to thank you for the fabulous job you did selling our house. You encouraged us every step of the way and made every hurdle seem like it was only a slight bump in the road. Any concern we had you addressed immediately and with such confidence that we felt reassured that you had everything under control and that we had someone working for us who could handle all the details smoothly. Even I managed to sleep at night knowing that you were in charge. We have no idea how many other properties you were handling at the same time, but you made us feel that we were your chief concern.

John Womeldorf was the buyers realtor we found to assist us in purchasing our first home and he was amazing!! Ironically, the lists of homes I found over the internet were not suitable in person; however, John had many listings recommended to see in person that we overlooked on the internet. One of those listings is our first home:) We were living in California which required many transactions and communications to be completed online and over the telephone. He was very prompt with his responses and we felt confident in his help and feedback each step of the process. In the future, he will be the Realtor we recommend to friends and family for the local Hampton Roads area.
