He found a contractor to do house repairs after Irene, so the sale could be completed.

We consulted with Sully before putting the house on the market (it was my parent's home and both are now deceased) and he advised us on what needed to be done with the property to make it saleable..ie removing wallpaper, new flooring etc. Everything he told us to do we did and the house sold in less than a week after listing it!
