Deelyn helped us sell our home when we really needed to. She worked with us on a realistic price, gave good suggestions, and was always pleasant (second time having her as our agent)She did many things that we found very valuable. With our family relocating, she stopped by a few times and picked up documents on short notice. She have us good advice. We ended up with a contact in one full month for full price (although we paid some closing costs)

Go above and beyond. She really went out of her way to help purchase this property as it was quite a difficult deal full of negotations. Cannot praise Debi enough. She is an outstanding asset to your company. I have kept Debis card so that, the day I am ready to sell my property, she will be the one to call.

Our home purchase in Wmsbg was a little out of the ordinary. We found Mary's ideal home on the internet, and knew that we had to lock it up as ours even tho we would not be moving to the area for almost a year. Also, the contract and closing was all done remotely. These and other issues presented unusual circumstances that Charlotte took in stride for our benefit.We first contacted Charlotte a number of years ago to tell her of our intention to move to Wmsbg at some unk point in the future. She stayed in touch all along the way and continuously provided updates on available listings. That not only kept us appraised of what was available and market conditions, but kept her available to us, and resulted in several phone conversations that also assisted greatly in our decision to move to Mary's favorite VA city.

Andrea was very proactive on every problem that arose. If not for her tenacity, I'm certain the deal would not have closed.

As a first-time home buyer, Shirley made the whole process painless and easy to understand. She is very knowledgable and her advice was always given with my best interests in mind. She allowed things to move at my pace, and never 'forced' any opinions or decisions on me. From the very first meeting, Shirley established herself as a very trustworthy agent and never gave any reason to feel otherwise up to day of closing. She works extremely hard, answered every question I had, and obliged to every request. It was an absolute pleasure to have Shirley as my agent, so much so that I'm actually kind of sad that the process had to end. :-)Shirley did everything!!

Heather is AMAZING!!!! She is so personable and easy to talk too as well as very professional. She listens to what you want in a dream house and she finds it. It seemed like it took forever for us to find the perfect house and Heather was with us every step of the way. She went with us to look at house after house and sometimes back to the same house numerous times. She was always researching and suggesting houses for us to look at. When we finally found the perfect house, she made the process so easy and smooth. She stayed on top of our lender and was always one step ahead of what was needed to be done. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy a house.
