This is a testimonial to show our humble appreciation to Cathy's efforts and experience and warm hearted southern hospitality. Anything we say or write won't be enough to show how much we appreciate and love her. She dedicated several days for us on a short notice during the holiday season to know exactly what we were looking for and she made sure to show us the Virginia peninsula to get a feel for the history and culture and places to go with the kids. She answered all of our questions and she didn't mind driving us around for hours so that we can know the area since we were living in a different state. We felt so privileged that we had changed realtors and ended up with her.
Throughout the process of looking for houses, making comparative analysis, putting an offer, negotiating, and looking at all the details her input was priceless. While going through the mortgage process and inspection on the house from out of the state, she has gained our trust and we felt comfortable that she was on our side. We trusted her throughout the whole process, and had her represent us during the Closing and the walk through. Our experience with her didn't stop after closing, we depended on her to take care of the house till we moved in. She even watered the flowers.
Walking the first time into our house after a long drive, we found a welcome home dinner waiting for us, which was something that left us speechless!!
