In the current real estate conditions, effective marketing is key. I believe Deelyn's staging expertise made our home show very well. The professional photography allowed our home to stand out in internet and print advertising. These things brought more traffic and quickly led to a sale.

She was always prepared, enthusiastic and confident. A real professional! She was sweet and encouraging and accomodating. There was nothing that should have been done differently!

My wife and I feel like we know you after following your many posts over the years on your website and the city-data forum. Your posts and answers to questions are always positive and very up-beat about Williamsburg and we have always enjoyed your attitude regarding the area. My wife, Judi, and I fell in love with the Williamsburg area when we first visited CW about 20 yrs. ago and we have visited about a dozen times since that time. We love CW, Merchants Square, etc. and surrounding areas. You have been instrumental - we truly mean this - in our decision to want to work and live in Williamsburg !! We have gone to other places over the years on vacations, but always regarded Williamsburg as our "top spot" to relax, enjoy the scenery, enjoy some great meals, and enjoy the events at CW. And, we always watched for your posts on city-data !!!

Andrea was very responsive, especially with the time difference and the very tight window I had to search for homes. Great experience and smooth transaction.Worked with me on my time frame and listened to my needs to develop a list of possible properties to be seen within 3 days and worked to ensurem a 60 day closing which included holidays.

If I come in contact with anybody buying or selling in the Williamsburg area I will only recommend Denise. Stayed with us for almost two years until she was able to find the right home.

Shirley went above and beyond in every respect! Everything was great from preparing/staging, pictures/advertising, building a good CMA, to working with showing agents and the list goes on. The most valuable thing that Shirley did was to help us get the house fine-tunhed so it made the best impression on potential buyers. She had everything covered from A-Z. Shirley is outstanding! She demonstrates expertise in every aspect of her job!

Debi was very prompt in making the initial contact with us. She quickly set up times to look at houses. Debi went far above and beyond her responsibilities in negotiating with a loan company and ultimately securing a loan for the house. Debi always kept us in the communication loop and ultimately made it possible for us to close on the property. Debi is a very hard worker and she was a very great person to work with and if ever we look to sell or buy another house, we will definitely like to work with Debi again.

Debi was very quick to respond to my initial email. She only had 2 days to prepare for our visit and did an excellent job.

She was always prompt and found the properties that I was looking for. She was available to me as an out of town buyer which was very helpful
