Sally was friendly, responsive and handle a lot of stuff for us when we moved interstate. Every that needed to be done to close the deal was done.
LOVED the marketing of our home my our agent and Liz Moore's agency. FAR better than anything else we have seen or had before when selling other homes we have owned. The "no surprises" was the best thing ever - inspection and appraisal done not only helps us as home sellers not to have anything we did not expect at the last minute, but I think it helps the buyers not necessarily have to pay for an inspection ...which, when every cent counts these days ..can help in making the deal "Sweeter" to buyers ..hence, our house was sweeter too :)

She was always very responsive and helpful. She made the buying process go extremely smooth. We are so happy we were able to work with her. Prompt response time and kept in contact with the lender and the seller. I will continue to refer people to Shirley for all of their selling/buying needs!

In the current real estate conditions, effective marketing is key. I believe Deelyn's staging expertise made our home show very well. The professional photography allowed our home to stand out in internet and print advertising. These things brought more traffic and quickly led to a sale.

She was always prepared, enthusiastic and confident. A real professional! She was sweet and encouraging and accomodating. There was nothing that should have been done differently!

My wife and I feel like we know you after following your many posts over the years on your website and the city-data forum. Your posts and answers to questions are always positive and very up-beat about Williamsburg and we have always enjoyed your attitude regarding the area. My wife, Judi, and I fell in love with the Williamsburg area when we first visited CW about 20 yrs. ago and we have visited about a dozen times since that time. We love CW, Merchants Square, etc. and surrounding areas. You have been instrumental - we truly mean this - in our decision to want to work and live in Williamsburg !! We have gone to other places over the years on vacations, but always regarded Williamsburg as our "top spot" to relax, enjoy the scenery, enjoy some great meals, and enjoy the events at CW. And, we always watched for your posts on city-data !!!
