We loved our experience with Deelyn. The market was pretty bad and we still managed to get a decent price! In a tough market she was reassuring, and she came in and staged the place, which made a huge difference. She was so professional from start to finish.

Heather is an outstanding professional. I am retired military and have moved 15 times; she is by far the best agent I have met in 25 years.

She has exceptional knowledge of the local area, the housing market, and the real estate processes. She went to lengths to research additional information (much more so than what I have experienced from other agents) on multiple properties which helped us avoid properties that would not meet our goal. On our purchase she researched and negotiated extra land that was not included in the original listing and negotiated a much reduced price. In summary--she's great!

The property that I purchased was somewhat problematic from the onset. The seller insisted upon three months to vacate the premises. During those three months there were any number of setbacks. Faith responded to all of those with the utmost confidence. I am grateful for my lovely home and to Faith for her professional services.

Both buyers and sellers can benefit from the determination, integrity, professionalism, humor, compassion, honesty, and friendliness that she brings even in the most oddest of situations!

My wife and I worked with Heather for over 3 months. During this time, not once did she not answer the phone or email. If we needed to talk to her in the evening, she would state that she would call after she took care of her family and then she would help us 'till 10 o'clock at night. No-time was a bad time to Heather!

In the latter part of my career in the military, so many times missions would fail because someone took for granted that the other person "got the email" or "got the text" and would not follow up with a phone call or physically check to see if something was done. Heather does not have that problem. She has an amazing communication ability. She took nothing for granted and would always follow up. If we asked her a question, (and we asked some doozies!) she would quickly follow up with us through email with a phone call confirmation. She would physically go to the property to check on something for us; no matter where the property was. She would ask anybody anything for us, and then follow up with us to see if we needed anything else.

She is just an amazing professional, real estate agent, and now an amazing friend.

Jerry and I would like to thank Cathy for supporting us on our journey to home ownership. We both were impressed with her knowledge of homes. I remember those very words Cathy said the day Jerry and I came to her office; she said "I can sell you a house if that's what you want, but my goal is to help you buy a home, where your family can grow and make memories.” Cathy is such a warm kind person with a sincere heart, that is what Jerry and I were looking for in a Realtor, Sincerity and a good sense and knowledge of homes .
Cathy is the whole package. Although our quest to purchase a home had to come to an end we both feel that we have established a positive Realtor relationship and made a friend. We thank Cathy for everything she did in making our dreams come true.

This was my first home buying experience. Denise answered all my questions and took care of so many things that I was thankful that I didn't have to do. She was patient with me, as I am somewhat impatient and intense. She was always reassuring and helped me to understand. She's the best!
