We recently completed the purchase of an investment-retirement property in Williamsburg in which Cathy Jackson was a fabulous asset to us in all phases of the project.
Since we are new to the area, it was reassuring to call upon Cathy’s in-depth knowledge of the various neighborhoods and guide us to the perfect home. Her insight helped us to determine, not only the current relative value of each property, but also its potential value.
Cathy was quite effective in negotiating on our behalf as well as in her management of the entire transaction.
We have purchased and sold many properties over the years but had been concerned that our move to Williamsburg would be difficult as we had no local connections. Fortunately, we were referred to Cathy by a realtor we knew well and trusted.

Heather was amazing. She sat down and listened to us as we talked about all the things we wanted in our house. She researched so many houses in the area and went with us on what seemed like an endless list of house showings and sometimes back to a house multiple times. She was so patient with us as it was very hard for me to make a decision as she had found us so many good options. I never knew what a long complicated process it was to buy a house but Heather was able to walk us through it and she kept me informed on everything going on. She was able to tell me ahead of time what paperwork was needed so that by the time the bank/loan company needed it, the paperwork was already put together and ready to give them. I would definitely recommend Heather to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. When it gets to that time that my husband and I are ready to sell our house for something bigger, we will definitely be calling Heather to help us.

Heather always answered my phone calls, day, evenings, and weekends, to answer any questions that I had. She negotiated far better than I would have ever imagined. I was able to purchase my first home, at a lower price that I had even anticipated, along with additional upgrades that I never dreamed were even possible. She is friendly, great to work with, and knows her stuff!
