We can't believe it has been a month since 8 Preston Grange has sold. We are truly deeply grateful to both of you for bringing it all to fruition & closure! What a great team you are! Debbie - with your positive, infestious energy and savvy, southern charm, the "fist in the velvet glove" and Elaine - your mastery of the details, fine print, and great follow thru. We will continue to sing you praises. You have no idea of the "gift" you have given us. Relief!!

The suggestions made to prepare our house were invaluable! The staging consultant was FABULOUS! We had an offer within 24 hours! Shirley was invaluable in explaining the paperwork, helping us prepare the house and negotiating the selling details. There wasn't any stone unturned! Shirley was outstanding!

They were most valuable in keeping in touch and were outstanding in responsiveness, preparation, knowledge and negotiating skills. I will refer Sully and Teresa and Liz Moore and Associates in the future!

Dewey was outstanding in everything! During all of this, I had some medical issues that made it so that I was somewhat immobile. Dewey was a Friend/Caretaker/Realtor all in one. I wasn't sure I wanted to sell/buy immediately but I am glad with the interest rates going up. Dewey explained all of that economic stuff extremely well. I will refer Dewey and Liz Moore & Associates every chance I get!

We like the way Shirley walked us through all the paperwork and necessary steps for selling. We have learned a lot about real estate transactions from her. This knowledge will help us to be smarter buyers and/or sellers in the future. We will refer Shirley and Liz Moore and Associates in the future!

Kept me up to date with information and exceptional photos during the construction process.Being from out of state, she filled in the blanks honestly which coincided with my limited knowledge of area etc.

Toby helped me and my husband when looking to buy our first home together over three years ago. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past and some are definitely better than others. Toby is one of the best!
He's so easy to work with, very personable and easy going. He's very knowledgeable, not just about the buying and selling process, but about all aspects of real estate. He has personal experience in real estate investing and rentals so he offers insights when looking at homes that other agents may not be able to offer.
Toby also has great connections with other professionals. He recommended a fantastic home inspector (the absolute most thorough I have ever met) and even connected us with a contractor to refinish our floors after we moved into our new house.
Even after three years, my husband and I still stay in touch with Toby. He's always quick to respond to any questions we might have. He's come by our house to assess our value after we made some improvements. He gave us advice on making additional improvements (which would increase the value of our house and which ones wouldn't). He's consulted us when we were considering selling our house or renting it, and buying another. He actually recommended we stay put, even though there was nothing in it for him. He's always willing to discuss the current market with me, which I like to do from time to to time just to stay informed. He's just a great person to know!
