My name is Jane Hoover and my husband (William Hoover) and I recently sold a townhome we owned in Williamsburg, VA. Tracey Mendoza was our agent.

I wanted you to know how very much I appreciated all Tracey did to expedite and sell this property at a good value. While we've had this property on the rental market (via Lizmoore) for several years, I was anxious to sell it. We now live in CA 5 months a year and the property was not consistent with our retirement plans.

Tracey was relentless in her efforts to show and get this house on the market. Neither my husband nor I could get to Williamsburg and I counted on Tracey to advise me on what needed to be done to show the house and what needed to be done to sell it. She did all that and more. Her communication with me was invaluable. In addition, she bird-dogged the settlement better than any agent we've ever deal with.

Nan was especially helpful as I navigated a difficult work and personal situation. She stayed on top of all aspects of my purchase and sale in Newport News. Nan kept me informed off all steps in the buying and selling process. she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance.
