I would recommend Denise in a heartbeat - we were moving from across the country to Williamsburg and had to do a lot of legwork long distance. Once we were able to come into town for a short house hunting trip (3 days), she devoted her undivided attention to us showing us probably close to 20-25 houses in a two day span, one of which we ended up putting an offer in on. From that point, she facilitated the whole process for us locally, including finding someone to cut our grass! It made the transition so easy and smooth and really alleviated any stress related to the house buying purchase. You will not be disappointed!

Denise is our favorite realtor! While almost anyone can negotiate a deal, it is rare to find someone who makes it a point to remember all the fine details and important concerns of their client.
