Being a first time home buyer is a rough and scary thing but going through the process with Cathy Jackson we almost knew instantly we were in great hands. About two years ago I met her through a childhood friend who recently purchased their first home. Ever since, Cathy has also had our best interest in mind, not just as our realtor but someone we've developed a friendship with. She had been in the industry a long time and you can tell by the way she speaks fluently of properties and process. Our deal was so great I couldn't even believe my own eyes, but the level of commitment, long hours, ability to always be available for us... What an amazing job she has done. Without her and the level of comfort, support, and expertise needed in one of the biggest investments of our lives, I don't think this could have been possible. June 2014 we started our process, February 2016 we purchased our home. She is all the things you want in a professional. Knowledgeable, responsive, but most importantly she has your interest at heart. We didn't need to move, it was a "want" which made us a tough customer. But, Heather is patient and willing to provide the feedback you need to make a good decision. She was always willing to discuss anything and always ready to show properties. And we saw a lot more than a few. However, she was never impatient and never wavered in her support of our goals. So as I said in the beginning, this is the agent you will want and need.

She provided excellent advice for contractor choices, especially for house repairs and to correct a crawl space problem. I was very pleased with our working relationship as it was not the usual type of residential home sale. It required a really trusting relationship on both sides which I felt was always there.

She did what she could to make our buying process as smooth as possible. She is very professional and had great competence when handling any questions or issues. Jenny is very personable and a pleasure to work with!
