Sold my house! But really made it quick, easy & stress free.

We were from out of town, Denise communicated with us to find houses, and then we searched about 10 houses in one weekend. We found our dream home and couldn't be happier. Her dedication knowledge and overall great personality really made the buying experience wonderful. She really went above and beyond the line of duty to help accommodate our unique situation. We would reccommend her 10 out of 10 times.

She respected our (many) requests when we were trying to negotiate with the seller's agent and worked hard to get us pretty much everything we had hoped for. She also recommended a good person to work with for our loan application. She was patient with us! She was always available and quick to respond

She look a lot of stress out of our buying experience. Had everything right on time with the buying. Jennifer kept us informed on all phases of the deal.

Faith Heinen has been great to work with through the whole process of getting the house up for sale. She is very easy to work with, is always available and has spent considerable time on my home sale. I appreciate her input on things that would make my house show well, and suggestions for small changes with big impact. She is fantastic with taking care of all the paperwork involved, all of the details and making sure things happen on schedule. I feel very well represented by Faith and the Liz Moore office. I was also very impressed that the Liz Moore services included a pre-sale home inspection and having a home "stager" come to evaluate and make suggestions on how to make the house look its best. This was amazingly helpful to me, to see my house as a potential buyer would, and I feel it is giving me an edge in the market. In general, my experience, so far, is that both Faith & Liz Moore & Associates are very organized, and have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in Williamsburg.

This realtor does not miss a thing. She has a keen eye for detail and works to get you the best deal possible. I have owned 8 homes in my lifetime and Faith is by far the best realtor we have worked with.

I worked with Faith as both a buyer and a seller. She went above and beyond through every step of the buying and selling process. All questions and concerns were addressed promptly - she typically responded to emails within 30 minutes, even outside of normal business hours. Her guidance was extremely helpful in the negotiation process and showed her years of experience. She is also very personable and easy to work with through the lengthy buying and selling process.

Throughout the process of purchasing our home, Faith was in constant contact and updated us regularly. She was diligent about making sure we knew what our next steps should be and offered any assistance that we might need. Faith was a pleasure to work with and while very professional, was very personable as well.

She is helping me to purchase another. The information she provides is wonderful about market value and she offers things to consider when purchasing a home, i.e. what other things are in the area. Shirley was outstanding in preparation and knowledge!
