This was our first home buying experience and it went very smoothly. I felt that he was very honest with us about the pros and cons of each neighborhood, which was very helpful since we were moving from out of town. We are very happy with where we ended up.

Rebekah is by far the best agent we have ever had

He knows the sea inside & out, he is always available to answer questions and provide, he is flexible in making appointments to fit the client's schedule, he is exceptionally patient, and he has a great sense of humor! Kept us informed about houses coming on the market and made himself available for showings so that we could minimize long I95 trips from Fairfax. Also, John never made us feel rushed...we felt he was really looking out for our best interests.

Guided us to Colonial Heritage after comparing and evaluating various communities. His knowledge of retirement communities was extremely valuable.

Tracey was excellent! She was available to me whenever I had a question and was patient in answering all of my questions. Tracey agreed to purchase a one year home warranty when the seller refused to replace an outdated heat pump and hot water heater. The heat pump was not working when the home inspection was done.
Tracey also helped negotiate during a very tough process as the seller was not willing to negotiate or accept any of my (the buyer) request. Tracey was kind, but knowledgeable about what needed to happen and coach everyone through the process of negotiation. Tracey went over and beyond in everything she did as an agent.

She takes in what you want and are looking for and finds it and/or continues to look. Heather goes above and beyond what most realtors do for buyers and sellers. She is extremely knowledgeable about Williamsburg James City County and the surrounding Counties. Heather is very friendly, approachable and gives great feedback on the homes you are looking at. She also is great when it comes to negotiating with buyers and sellers. There were things about the property we purchased which she felt needed to be added to the punch list which we didn't even think about. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Heather Moorefield as your Realtor whether purchasing or selling. She has a great eye for detail, responds very quickly when contacted, and closing day, which is always a drawn out affair, Heather makes things easy, quick and makes the process easy to understand on each line you sign. We would use Heather Moorefield again in an instant and recommend that you call and talk to her whether buying or selling. Heather is an incredible person to have worked with and can now call friend.

Hands down an absolutely amazing experience working with Toby. He is caring, considerate, knowledgeable and gets the job done! He, as well as our experience, was an absolute blessing.

We had the pleasure of working with Shelley to sell our Williamsburg, VA home. This was invaluable to us as we had already relocated to Reston, VA and her advice and attention to detail were a huge help.
