John Womeldorf was the buyers realtor we found to assist us in purchasing our first home and he was amazing!! Ironically, the lists of homes I found over the internet were not suitable in person; however, John had many listings recommended to see in person that we overlooked on the internet. One of those listings is our first home:) We were living in California which required many transactions and communications to be completed online and over the telephone. He was very prompt with his responses and we felt confident in his help and feedback each step of the process. In the future, he will be the Realtor we recommend to friends and family for the local Hampton Roads area.

That is rare among realtors and we really appreciate it. She has always been very responsive and helpful. What started off as a business relationship has evolved into a highly valued personal friendship. We feel very lucky to have found her.
