John Womeldorf
John knows the area inside & out.
He is always available to answer questions and provide, he is flexible in making clients schedule, he is exceptionally patient and he has a great sense of humor! Kept us informed about houses and made himself available for showings so that we could minimize long I95 trips from Fairfax. Also John never rushed...we felt he was really looking out for our best interests.

Rebekah Brewster
Rebecca was awesome!
She prevented our contract from falling apart several times & picked up the slack when the listing agents failed to do so. Always offered us options and put our interests first. Suggested creative solutions and worked to resolve problems.

Debi Warren
Debi knew her profession well and guided us through the process as only a real pro could!
When working with Debi it was as if were were her only clients. She was prompt to return texts or email. She had her fingers on the pulse of Newport News. She could quote facts and back them up with written facts. She was very helpful in regard to repairs and cosmetics that matter and how to stage our home for a successful sale. She also helped guide us in the initial pricing of our home for an effortless sale. Our house sold after 4 showings...I couldn't ask for more!!

Robert Sullivan
The Sullivans were outstanding!
They were very responsive, promoted the property aggressively and their strategies resulted in a buyer for both properties at the same time. The Sullivans stayed in contact with me and offered ideas of what could be done and what was being done to promote the property. I will refer them and Liz Moore & Associates in the future.
