Buying a house can be a stressful process, especially buying a home in another state. We spent over a year with Julie finding the perfect home in an area where such a home rarely comes on the market. She would preview the home, send us video and pictures, and then if deemed worthy, we would drive the 7 hours to go view it ourselves.
Julie is a very knowledgeable, hard-working and an experienced agent – and you can tell that she is dedicated to her clients. She is extremely personable, has a wonderful positive attitude, is meticulous in her work and pays great attention to detail. You can always reach Julie very quickly…she responded to my e-mails, phone calls and texts in a timely manner and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated her continuous updates and progress throughout the whole process of buying our home.
Julie is also cool under pressure and a voice of calm and reason when the multitude of things that can go wrong in fact, did go wrong. I may have called her in distress and by the time I finished speaking to her, I knew that all would be well, and it always was.

if you ever need a realtor that’s the man every home buyer need. This realtor is so professional, easy to get along with and most of all he would steer you in the right direction throughout the whole process. She was able to help me buy my dream house. Leanne was able to negotiate with the sellers realtor on the price of my dream house, she made sure they still paid some closing costs, paid the home warranty and did all repairs needed before closing. She also looked over my closing worksheet to make sure it was accurate, which it was not, and I ended up paying less at closing than expected. Leanne as always responsive and quick to answer my questions. I will refer Leanne and Liz Moore and Associates in the future!
