She is all the things you want in a professional. Knowledgeable, responsive, but most importantly she has your interest at heart. We didn't need to move, it was a "want" which made us a tough customer. But, Heather is patient and willing to provide the feedback you need to make a good decision. She was always willing to discuss anything and always ready to show properties. And we saw a lot more than a few. However, she was never impatient and never wavered in her support of our goals. So as I said in the beginning, this is the agent you will want and need.

She provided excellent advice for contractor choices, especially for house repairs and to correct a crawl space problem. I was very pleased with our working relationship as it was not the usual type of residential home sale. It required a really trusting relationship on both sides which I felt was always there.
