Donnie was everything you could hope to have in a realtor. He listened to what we wanted and how we live and entertain in a home. He showed us areas, types of communities, and specific homes during our trip to decide on a specific geographical area for our relocation. We were the victims of a fender bender the evening before we were due to drive from one area to Orlando. When we called and asked if we could start our day later he provided us with the name and location of an urgent care facility near our hotel and said we could begin our search the next day! When we thanked him for that consideration we informed him the next day was our anniversary. He made reservations for dinner at a wonderful restaurant near our hotel for our celebration! We have moved many times but have never had this quality of service. As a disclaimer we decided to relocate to another area in Florida. We found the congestion in the Orlando too much like what we were leaving along the I95 corridor in Connecticut. That wasn't Donnie's fault. And our decision was difficult because we were so pleased with all that Donnie did for our search. Thank you, Donnie!

Getting us set up before we even arrived for our trip to buy a house (we were coming from out of town). She took the time to get to know us, see our house (through photos) in Florida and send us links to view houses online, so we could narrow down the ones we wanted to see in person. Once we arrived, we had two and half days. Lisa had everything very organized and we were able to see everything we needed to see. She was fabulous throughout the whole process--very attentive and handled things for us. Can't think of a thing--she thought of things before we did. We can't imagine having such a stressful situation, such as making a move out of state, go any better or more smoothly.

Meg's knowledge and preparation were outstanding. She was also outstanding in her negotiating skills and knowledge base. I have already referred Meg to a friend and she is working with him was well.

She made a difficult process very easy for us. She kept us well informed and was beyond helpful in explaining the process. She was so helpful.

and we are so thankful we found her. We needed to buy our first home while we were still in Texas. We knew next to nothing about the area and nothing about buying a house. Brandi was incredibly helpful in helping us know what to look for in a house as well as a neighborhood. When we were unable to see a home, she would go and look at it for us, sending us pictures and her notes. She knew all of the questions to ask when viewing a home and her experience as a structural engineer made us confident in her opinion. She made us feel like we were her first priority clients, almost like we were her children buying their first home :) I honestly don't think we would have found our home (and for the price) without her. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
