and we are so thankful we found her. We needed to buy our first home while we were still in Texas. We knew next to nothing about the area and nothing about buying a house. Brandi was incredibly helpful in helping us know what to look for in a house as well as a neighborhood. When we were unable to see a home, she would go and look at it for us, sending us pictures and her notes. She knew all of the questions to ask when viewing a home and her experience as a structural engineer made us confident in her opinion. She made us feel like we were her first priority clients, almost like we were her children buying their first home :) I honestly don't think we would have found our home (and for the price) without her.
