We were first-time homebuyers and moving to a new area. John was very knowedgeable about all of the neighborhoods and subdivisions in town and helped us to narrow down where we might like to live. Once we found a place, he helped us to negotiate a sale price that we were happy with. Everything went very smoothly from contract to closing, and he even had a recommendation for a babysitter and a contractor for painting and fencing.
