They went above and beyond when getting our house prepared to go on the market. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. The Sullivans teamed up to ensure repairs were done and met delivery personnel at the house whenever needed. My wife and I live out of town and were unable to be there to meet any contractors. Their extensive knowledge of Coventry (or the market) and their willingness to get the job done is very evident. They tackled each challenge with a can do attitude and constantly came up with solutions to problems. Everything was handled very professionally and promptly. I could not have asked for anything to work out better. I will refer the Sullivans and Liz Moore & Associates in the future!
