My husband and I had been planning for months to put our house on the market. We decided to meet several realtors to see who would be the best fit. After our initial meeting with Gayle, we decided to look no further. She understood the emotions we had with leaving the home we built and raised our family in, and with retiring and leaving the area that had been home for over 40 years. At our very first meeting, she told us if she suggested anything that we didn’t want to do, we just needed to tell her if we didn’t want to do that. She was mindful of our budget and updated our house to make it stand out in a competitive market. We had a buyer the first week it was on the market! Gayle was always available to answer any questions and offered invaluable help! Our move was such a positive experience, and we owe that to Gayle’s expertise!

Faith sold us a condo whose seller initially said "Nothing would be fixed" Well, thanks to Faith they put a new sink, a new dishwasher and fixed lots of stuff. $3,000 worth of improvements.I don't know how she did it. She has great negotiating skills. She was very knowledgeable about financing, condo rules, settlement, repairs, Etc.

The relocation process back home to Hampton Roads from Nashville was made a whole lot easier with Kim Wood. She made everything flow with no hold ups. Kim truly did treat us like we were part of the family. I would recommend her to my closest friends and family.

Kim was phenomenal! She was quick to respond, kind and a pleasure to be around. She is also highly efficient! She accommodated our requests and made us feel like we could go to her with anything! I highly recommend Kim to anyone buying or selling a home!!!
