When you had the best realtors working for you, you cannot go back to anyone else! Wow! I knew that they had an excellent reputation from both customers and other realtors (which is highly exceptional) having been a realtor before. I never expected our home selling experience to be so easy. From our very first meeting, Sully & Teresa ensured all our needs and requirements were met. They even went beyond what we expected and saved us thousands of dollars by their wealth of knowledge of the market and a great team working with them (which you only get from experience of over 27 years). Sully & Teresa were a pleasure to work with! I enjoyed them so much, this is the 2nd home they have sold for me. Faith sold us a condo whose seller initially said "Nothing would be fixed" Well, thanks to Faith they put a new sink, a new dishwasher and fixed lots of stuff. $3,000 worth of improvements.I don't know how she did it. She has great negotiating skills. She was very knowledgeable about financing, condo rules, settlement, repairs, Etc.

The relocation process back home to Hampton Roads from Nashville was made a whole lot easier with Kim Wood. She made everything flow with no hold ups. Kim truly did treat us like we were part of the family. I would recommend her to my closest friends and family.

Taking things off our plate at times to give me more breathing room, connecting us with contractors needed for repair work and reaching out for information and keeping us up-to-date was most valuable. There was no pressure from them and always had our best interest. They were very intuitive in knowing how to handle every situation.
