My wife and I met Gayle on a Saturday afternoon and we knew immediately there was something special about her. Gayle took us to a new home build site and then to several models. We had no idea we were going to build a home at the time. As we got to know Gayle, we listened to her comments and ideas about all possibilities of where to buy and not to buy. She was truly honest and had no motive in whatever she had to say. As we got deeper into the process I was amazed how Gayle stayed by our sides. She didn't have too, but she did. Even when my mind became mud, Gayle was by my wife's side picking out flooring etc.. Gayle was flexible with scheduling and was able to meet us on short notice on a few occasions - very responsive. She was welcoming and informative, and extremely pleased with the results.

because she was a go getter and came prepared with realistic pricing on this house (I'd tracked sold prices for 6 years so I knew what was realistic and the other realtors went on Kingsmill comps not Warehams point comps).Diane gave me contractors referrals right off the bat and set up meetings. She stayed on top of contractors and handled details locally that greatly helped since I was out of state. And she is always optimistic. Diane is amazing.
