This is our second experience with Meg. She always makes the process seamless. She is in constant communication with us throughout to make sure we not only understand but are also comfortable during each step of the process. Her insight added to our confidence throughout the decision-making process. Her recommendations for repair and staging our house definitely contributed to our house selling for top-dollar.

Personable, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and a great negotiator on our behalf. She was top notch in every aspect. Her responsiveness was excellent. We dealt with two real estate agents before her that we didn't end up using because they either stopped responding or responded very slowly.

When we had narrowed out search down to Brandon Woods we found that the market there was very competitive. Faith was able to schedule us as the first to view the property we bought, We made a full-price offer, so negotiating was minimal. She kept on top of all the requirements between signing of the contract and closing. Our purchase was seamless and the sale of our house miraculously speedy, so I can't think of anything more she could have done.
