We searched the internet and chose the Sullivans for two primary reasons......their years of experience and the fact that they lived in the community. Their technological knowledge gave us a great marketing advantage because of their presentation. Their honest suggestions on what we needed to do to prepare were very helpful. As part of their package, they communicate with the seller on a weekly basis. This is something they truly followed thru with. They were also available to answer any questions at any time and made a great team. The contract and closing were handled seamlessly with no surprises. We were kept abreast of each step.

We loved working with her and found her to be trustworthy, smart and dedicated to the sale of our home!I think the time Brandi spent with staging and photography was the most valuable. She has amazing attention to detail. I think that really was a key to our listing.Brandi was a great fit for us. We sought out Liz Moore agency because of your strategy to do a home inspection and appraisal ahead of time. We thought that would be helpful in our situation and I do think it made a difference for us! Brandi got us under contract in like 12 days! Well before we thought we would be and we certainly sold faster than we ever imagined!

We had a lot of fun with Gayle when we went to the design center to choose all of our selections. We greatly appreciate that Gayle was available to meet with our building inspector that we hired. Gayle also recommended a specialist who did a
radon test. Finally, we had a severe moisture problem in our home. Gayle contacted her mold specialist and within a day he was there to assess the crawlspace. Now the home has been remedied and we feel very comfortable. Gayle helped us to negotiate with the builder, regarding the added expense due to this moisture problem, Gayle is so supportive and understands our concerns. We cannot believe all the hours that Gayle spent to make us happy in our new beautiful home. Gayle has gone above and beyond our expectations in a realtor. We have dealt with other realtors, and Gayle has far exceeded what any realtor has ever done for us. Gayle is a gem !!
