John knows the Williamsburg area really well.
This was extremely helpful when selection neighborhoods and houses to look at. He is also very knowledgeable on different aspects of home construction types, materials, etc. This was invaluable to us as new homeowners. John also recommended several great local businesses, including homeowners insurance, movers, furniture stores, etc. We were very pleased with all of his recommendations. This proved extremely valuable since we got great recommendations and didn't have to search around.

We met Cathy at an open house and with the research we did after our meeting, we knew her years of experience were going to be invaluable. Cathy made purchasing a home for the first time less stressful. She guided us through the entire process. She listened and understood what we were looking for in our house and she kept us up to date on new listings and was quick to show them to us. We only interviewed agents that came highly recommended by someone who we know and trust. Sully and Teresa stood out even among that group. What we found most valuable was their good advice, stayed in touch and aggressively worked the sale. They recommended the people to complete repairs and coordinated the work. We were extremely pleased with the cost and scope of repairs. We will highly recommend Sully and Teresa in the future.
