Now that we have finally moved in to our new home (and are just about out of boxes) my wife and I wanted to thank your team for all your help in making our closing go so smoothly. In particular we very much want to single out Sue McSwain for her patience and dedication in helping us find the perfect new house in Williamsburg and her dedication in sticking with us in what turned out to be over a year-long process. Her tenacity and humor were greatly appreciated and her willingness to find answers to our many questions, both big and small, made the process so much easier than it otherwise could have been. Sue is a great credit to your organization and both Mary and I look forward to spending time with Sue in the future. Best regards and have a wonderful Fourth of July.

We searched the internet and chose the Sullivans for two primary reasons......their years of experience and the fact that they lived in the community. Their technological knowledge gave us a great marketing advantage because of their presentation. Their honest suggestions on what we needed to do to prepare were very helpful. As part of their package, they communicate with the seller on a weekly basis. This is something they truly followed thru with. They were also available to answer any questions at any time and made a great team. The contract and closing were handled seamlessly with no surprises. We were kept abreast of each step.

It is hard to believe it has been two months since we closed! Apologies for the lateness of this note. We wanted to thank you for doing such a great job in helping us buy our first home.

The house is amazing! It really is awesome. We have breakfast every morning on the screened porch. We love the master bath, the kitchen, the office, etc. The neighborhood and surrounding area (bike path, parks, etc.) are also great. I could go on and on. We are truly blessed to live in such a beautiful home and have you to thank for helping make this possible.

I recently spoke to a co-worker that recently purchased a home in Maryland. I won’t go into details, but he didn’t have a great buying experience and part of that was his agent. It was a strong reminder of how fortunate we were to have such a great agent helping us.

I also wanted to let you know that we filled out the Liz Moore survey. We of course gave you top marks across the board and won’t hesitate to recommend you to our friends.
