She really understood our needs and wouldn't let us go beyond what we needed.

They are always one click ahead of each step in the process. As Sully says "are the ducks' feet doing all the leg work" for their clients, ironing out any issues that may arise with speed & finesse. Sully and Teresa were outstanding and we will refer them and Liz Moore & Associates in the future.

This was my first interaction with a realtor. Sully addressed all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner and then proceeded to ensure I was protected during the entire process and had a hassle-free home buying experience. He was extremely efficient and quickly aligned himself with my home interests and desires which allowed me to rapidly find and close on a property. Sully laid out the entire process and shielded me from issues as they came up and handled them directly. All future home buying and selling will be measured against the experience I had with Liz Moore and Sully Sullivan.

Gayle is so pleasant to work with. She is knowledgeable, very flexible, easy to get a hold of, and a pure joy to work with! She even went out of her way to show the listing to us because she knew it met our criteria and it ended up being the house we bought!

We live in Texas, and I visited Newport News once to look for houses. Debi took me to half a dozen, at my pace, which was quick and efficient. By the time I left, I knew the neighborhoods and the housing market well. When I left, Debi acted as my eyes and ears, taking videos of half a dozen houses for me and sending them to me. She was so thorough that my wife and I made an offer on a house without having physically seen it. The house needed work after the inspection. Debi worked with me to make amendments to the contract. She was quick, attentive, and precise. She arranged for contractors to do the work, letting them into the house and updating me on their progress. I always knew what was going on, and Debi was on top of everything. She negotiated for us, worked for us, and communicated with us. Debi was a household name to our kids, and she felt like a good friend. She really worked with us, and we could trust her. I would recommend her to anyone.

We must have looked at 20 or more houses with Sally. She never once was discouraged, but just kept looking for something in the criteria we were looking for. Sally did everything she could to make the purchase happen and smoothly as possible. The seller side threw her several curve balls and she kept moving forward and handled anything they threw at her. She is awesome! We have already and would definitely refer Sally to others.

He assessed the property, aided in correct pricing and actively linked to potential buyers. He did his homework. Sully was very professional. I wouldn't change a thing. I have sold several properties in my life-time. Some were tough to move as this property was. Sully worked it as he said he would keeping us informed every week and more often as things progressed.Sully and Teresa were Top Notch all the way!
