By luck we happened to get Cassie as our agent and really could not have had any better of an experience. A few things actually, prompt response to any and all of our questions and concerns and 110% in communication! We were never out of the loop on what was going on. She even emailed when she was on her family vacation! I like the fact that if she didn't know an answer to something one of her teammates did. Everyone wins when you work together!

It is obvious their expertise is at the front end of the process and not in the numbers or details of the process. They were excellent at staging and marketing and then began to fade as the transaction took shape. Sale preparation, staging, and calendaring schedules were most valuable.

Even during the stall before closing, she continued to communicate updates letting us know how things were moving along. She always greeted us with a smile, and gave us her undivided attention while we were together. Heather picked up on what was important to both my wife and I, and then made sure to point out the features that we would care about during showings. She listened. I have no complaints.

We loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Super responsive and got us as much information about a house on the front end as possible - she was the best.

From our first meeting onward, Megan was a complete pleasure to work with.
