They were outstanding! Taking things off our plate at times to give me more breathing room, connecting us with contractors needed for repair work and reaching out for information and keeping us up-to-date was most valuable. There was no pressure from them and always had our best interest. They were very intuitive in knowing how to handle every situation. I have known them for years and have had their help in buying and selling. I would never go anywhere else for my real estate needs. Love these agents!!

Having moved many times in Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Williamsburg we have used many real estate agents and firms, our last move we were fortunate enough to use Sally. She waded through dozens of homes with us every weekend (sometimes both Saturday and Sunday) until we found the right home. She was patient, informative and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and actually found the home we bought within hours of it becoming available... We had an offer in before they had any other showings. I literally can not recommend her more and am confident her professionalism and work ethic will impress any potential buyer/seller.

This was my first experience selling a house as a widow. Meg took all of the stress out of the process with her quiet competence. She was friendly, kind, and always available, answering my texts and calls immediately. Although I know she had other clients at the time, she made me feel as if mine were the only one. She worked extremely well with the buyers agent, and negotiated a price that both sides approved. Provided suggestions for people to do needed repairs, moving companies, recommended a wonderful consignment lady who came to the house to pick up items. Meg also delivered some consignment items. She would go to the house to check on things, make sure it was locked, lights turned off, and whatever else needed attention. She helped with the staging which was very well done.
