She always had her telephone on, I could always get up with her

Karen's list of things that had to be done while selling our house was invaluable. She gave us a folder with a timeline that needed to be done before, during and after the sale of our house. Karen knew someone that could help us with every single step of preparing our house for sale! Need the sidewalk repaired...she had a guy who did it well and for a great price. Needed work done under the house...she had a guy who did it well and for a great price! Every time we needed some help, she was there to make recommendations that not only saved us some money, but got the job done quickly and correctly! I really cannot think of anything else she could have done. She sold our house quickly and for more than we were expecting in a time when sales in general were going slowly in our area.

Rick listened to what I wanted and made sure I had plenty of options in my price range and desired wants/needs.

Cassie and Maryann brought there A game to every showing. They were always ready to answer questions or follow up with us if they didn't know an answer. At showings they would point things out about properties that could have been problems for us. For
example in one house they were quick to point out a sloped floor. This did a lot to build my trust in them. At that point I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on anything.They helped us in the negotiating process and walked us through the bome buying process. We were first time home buyers so it was a little overwhelming, but Cassie and Maryann made it easier.

Shirley gave great advice on upgrades we could make and the return on investment for making them. The pictures she had taken of the house really helped it sell quickly. She was also very helpful with everything we needed to do to get our house ready to sell.

Above all, her personal touch and frequent communication guided the selling process all the way. Her recommendations were always spot on…from staging the property, correcting problems in a cost efficient manner, to assisting in the final negotiations. We have bought and sold a good deal of property over the years. This was our toughest and most challenging sale. Without a doubt, Cathy was the best realtor we ever dealt with. Bonus – we made a new and good friend!

Sally’s expertise and commanding authority was extremely valuable during this process. She is thoughtful and listened to my needs and concerns. She has the ability to work well with everyone involved - from the home inspector to the lender to the seller which made the process truly smooth. She was extremely knowledgeable and proactive. I had always heard nightmare stories about purchasing a home, but Sally proved them all wrong! She made this a truly easy experience! She kept me informed every step of the way. Linda was our advocate during the entire process of buying our house under construction. The builder was
