I was initially looking for a rental which isn't really a big dollar item for a real estate agent, but Kim always went the extra mile and found me many different options. When the rental I wanted went a little sideways, Kim sent me a new list. When I was looking through the list I found the perfect condo to buy. Kim easily transitioned into helping me to buy it. She had to do almost everything since I was not in the area. I felt very comfortable trusting her to look at the condo with a critical buyer's eye, and it is a perfect choice for me. Kim worked out a really great deal. She always was on my side through the whole transaction process. I got the best deal possible in Newport News.
