Diane really worked hard to sell this condo. There was a potential buyer from Canada (later we learned he also lived in Norfolk) that she spent much time and effort with to try and arrange a sale which did not occur and this buyer kept bothering her about "his really good offer" and "why won't they sell", etc. Her skill in dealing with difficult potential buyers is just one of her many talents. It is just a pleasure to work with Diane. Selling a condo in Kingsmill is complicated. I imagine that some agents would not wish to list that type of property. Diane is very familiar with the additional steps needed to accomplish this sale (KCSA requirements, Kingsmill and KCSA and Padgett's COA packets, etc.) and all of this was done without complications. And she was especially dedicated in helping to finally get us to a closing date when there were multiple unnecessary delays by the buyer's mortgage agent.

She was ALWAYS available for questions, concerns, silly stress freak outs!! She always made us feel like it was going to be fine no matter what we came to her with. No matter what the question, she always has the perfect answer. She could not have done anything more, she was amazing.

Julie handled it all with grace, kindness, and empathy. She found contractors to make the improvements and repairs we needed, and coordinated the work. As I live an hour and a half away, and it was an emotional situation, Julie’s help was invaluable. She made this transition as positive as possible, and I deeply appreciate it. Julie, and Liz Moore & Associates, provided extraordinary service—knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.

We needed to sell my mother-in-law's home in Newport News quickly and the single best decision we made was to utilize Brandi and her team. She is the consummate professional with high energy and skill. She is very knowledgeable in marketing and uses the latest techniques, such as drone photography. But beyond that, her most important quality is that she truly cares. She makes you feel as if you are the single most important client she has and she really listens to your wants and desires. The home was only on the market for five days before it sold. We are so grateful to Brandi for guiding us through each step of the process and her personal touches such as being there herself for repairmen when we could not and understanding the needs of a military family. I cannot recommend Brandi highly enough. She is best!

We could see that she was knowledgeable yet personable. Cheri helped us ready our house to sell, was a little "tough" on what needed to be done, which we needed. She was always reachable for questions and needs along the way. Even if she was in the middle of something else she would at least acknowledge our text and would get back when convenient.
