Who answers emails, calls, and texts immediately? Despite what I can only imagine is a very busy work and family schedule, Stephanie responds immediately. In today’s world I find that to be exemplary. She is focused and spot on. I never felt rushed. She always gave us her full attention and was a wealth of information regarding recommendations for tradespeople. Her ideas were always fresh and so helpful. I feel like Stephanie “got us” immediately and totally understood what we needed in a home. Just a brilliant skill set all the way around for her career. I recommend her to everyone I know. Well done! How lucky we are to have meet Stephanie. She has done a fabulous job and quite honestly she is the agent I wish we could have had in past real estate transactions.

As is sometimes the case, we had to sell our mother's home once she passed away. Tracey was super supportive, always available and met and arranged all work to be done in the home. On the rare occasion that Tracey did not have the answer to our problem, she networked and met with other realtors to find us provide us with a solution. Selling our mother's last earthly possession was very, very difficult. However, Tracey exemplified the very meaning of understanding and compassion. I wish there were many more people like her!!! I really appreciated her knowledge & experience, especially being a solo, first-time seller. She is an excellent communicator & always kept me in the loop. She stopped by the property frequently to check on it as I was living & working in Richmond. She made excellent recommendations on any work that needed to be done. The closing went off without a hitch & I successfully walked away with a very fair deal!
