Shavonne is an over-the-top agent. I saw a condemned property and an adjacent empty lot in a highly desirable location. I contacted Shavonne and asked her to find the owners and let know of my interest. She successfully got in communication with the owners of each property. Then, she went to the city to find out if I could do what I planned. This whole process took a couple of months. She was patient, listened to my concerns and made me feel as if my satisfaction was the most important part of the transaction. I have worked with a lot of Realtors and have never had that type of service. She will definitely be assisting me with all my real estate needs. I highly recommend Shavonne.
