Working with Jake Evans and his Dream Team was absolutely amazing. Jake recently handled an estate sell for my family. This was a difficult situation because the house needed so much work and I live out of town. We needed a plumber, an electrician, a landscaper, a painter, brick and mortar repair, a maid service and drywall repair work completed, before we could even put the house on the market. Jake handled it all and later staged the house so beautifully, it sold almost immediately. It would have taken us months to find repair people and get the house ready to sell if we didn't have Jake as our realtor. Jake and his team are knowledgeable, professional, dedicated and very thorough. He offered great advice, answered every question and helped me to make informed decisions about our property. I could not have found a better realtor to handle our estate. Choosing Jake Evans was definitely "The Smart Move" for me. Thank you so much for everything Jake. You and your team are AWESOME! I first met Shavonne at an open house. I was looking to buy my very first home. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She's friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the industry! I am very picky when it comes to houses and she was very patient and was persistent in trying to find the right style of home for me during a 4 month period. If I had any questions at all she would find the answer and respond within minutes of me contacting her. I constantly switch from day shift to night shift and she was very accommodating and flexible with appointment times. She made sure I understood every tricky step of the process to buying a home.
And last but not least, she got me a viewing for my current home on a day where originally there were no more available viewings. She even waited with me on the front porch for 2 hours due to a lock box issue lol. Thank goodness for that because I would have missed out on my dream home! Thanks Shavonne!
