about repairs and finding things that needed work on the house. She also worked well with us remotely (via video chat/messaging) and was familiar with the neighborhoods we searched in. She coordinated viewing right away when we were interested in a place, which is super important when it's a seller's market.

She was incredibly patient with us and passed on a wealth of local area knowledge of Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. Steph always kept our needs at the forefront of every discussion. She quickly got a sense of what our perfect house would be and showed us a great assortment of properties. She was always available day and night to answer our questions and was able to rapidly shift plans when new homes would pop up. Her adaptability and wealth of knowledge really shined. We only had less than a week in the area to find a home before returning to WA state, and she found us the perfect home! We had a blast touring homes with Steph, she made the experience very easy! With the current COVID-19 situation, we received top customer service from Steph throughout the entire buying process. She helped negotiate a rent-back agreement, fair seller concessions to address home repairs, and provided EXCELLENT recommendations for local contractors. We wouldn't change a thing about our experience. No complaints or areas of improvement at all. She is a rockstar real estate agent! Without a doubt! Working with Jake on the sale of our first home and purchase of our new home was truly phenomenal.
