We had an excellent experience working with Shirley Hammond at the Newport News office! Selling a home in the winter around the holidays is always a challenge, but within a week of listing the home at Thanksgiving we had a bidding war and closed with an offer above asking price. Shirley made the entire process very easy for us! Her expertise with knowing how to price a home in a tough market and which updates would make an older home more appealing to buyers were spot on.
