We would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home. It felt like we had gained a friend and we’re sad to think that the home buying process was over because we enjoyed our experience with her so much!She looked out for us as first time homebuyers. She made us aware of things we might not have known and kept us updated through the entire process. She was wonderful in everything!

Meg kept in constant contact throughout the entire process. She is amazing at explaining everything so that I could understand. She would always make sure that I knew what it was that I needed to do, along with always checking in with me to make sure she was
performing up to my expectations. I was not living in Richmond throughout the entire process, but I was confident that Meg was handling everything that needed to be done. Meg and the team made sure the house looked great for staging!! I've already told all of my friends how great Meg and the team were, and would recommend her to anyone in the future.

Considering that we were managing the sale of our parent’s home from 2 hours away, she jumped in to help coordinate local trades people on our behalf. She gave us great advice on the selling strategy and lined up an excellent offer which came to fruition. Heather is just a good person and really great to work with. I highly recommend her!

Karen's list of things that had to be done while selling our house was invaluable. She gave us a folder with a timeline that needed to be done before, during and after the sale of our house. Karen knew someone that could help us with every single step of preparing our house for sale! Need the sidewalk repaired...she had a guy who did it well and for a great price. Needed work done under the house...she had a guy who did it well and for a great price! Every time we needed some help, she was there to make recommendations that not only saved us some money, but got the job done quickly and correctly! I really cannot think of anything else she could have done. She sold our house quickly and for more than we were expecting in a time when sales in general were going slowly in our area.

Rick listened to what I wanted and made sure I had plenty of options in my price range and desired wants/needs.

Cassie and Maryann brought there A game to every showing. They were always ready to answer questions or follow up with us if they didn't know an answer. At showings they would point things out about properties that could have been problems for us. For
example in one house they were quick to point out a sloped floor. This did a lot to build my trust in them. At that point I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on anything.They helped us in the negotiating process and walked us through the bome buying process. We were first time home buyers so it was a little overwhelming, but Cassie and Maryann made it easier.
